Preview Days are designed to highlight all aspects of student life at Mississippi State University — from academic opportunities to campus involvement. If you're a high school student, find more information below.

Overview

Get a sample of life as a Bulldog at Spring Preview Day! Learn about academic programs, preview residence halls, and get excited about life at State! Registration is $10 per person and includes a t-shirt. Pre-registration is required, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Preview Days are not designed for schools to bring a group of students. If your high school is interested in visiting MSU as a group, please contact our Campus Visit office at (662) 325-0539.

Highlights

Academic Visits

Talk with faculty about the programs you are interested in and learn what academic opportunities await you at MSU.

Special Interest Sessions, Panels, and Open Houses

Current MSU students will provide an overview of their experiences covering academics, student involvement, Greek life, service opportunities, and much more! These interactive sessions are meant to give you the chance to ask questions and learn more about what YOU want to know.

Campus Tour

Our student tour guides will provide a walking tour to popular campus locations and highlight aspects of student life at MSU!

Things To Bring
With Your Bulldog Spirit!

• Casual Clothes
• Comfortable Shoes (The day will be full of walking!)
• Spending money (Barnes & Noble has great MSU gear!)
• Rain wear (just in case!)
• Sweater or jacket (some meeting rooms can be a little chilly)
