Arrival
Your first few days in Starkville will be a busy and exciting time. In addition to meeting with your academic advisors and registering for courses, you will be settling into a new home and tending to your basic needs, including housing, food, health insurance, medical screening, and finances (banking, employment, social security numbers).
The International Services staff will do everything we can to assist you. We strongly recommend that you secure housing prior to arrival. Information on housing options is available at the IS website.
