Students will need to pay the application fee (NO waivers accepted), upload the completed letter of transiency (link in application portal when the student chooses "transient"), and have an official transcript sent directly from the college they are currently attending to Mississippi State University showing final grades for the term immediately before MSU enrollment (ex: if applying for summer 2025, MSU needs spring 2025 grades).
