Clara Fuller

This summer I interned with Nissan in Canton, MS.  I worked in the Body Engineering department and absolutely loved it! Over Christmas break, I applied to several internships in the Jackson area.  Nissan stuck out to me because my family is from Canton, so I really hoped that is where I could be.  The morning I heard back about an interview, actually happened to be the day of the Career Fair at MSU! I went to the career fair and spoke to Nissan there, and the representative I talked to unknowingly ended up being my Senior Manager this summer! My internship was an incredible experience filled with incredible mentorship and growth.  I learned so much everyday and never knew what I'd do each day when I got to work.  I'm extremely proud to say that I was offered a full-time role with the Body Engineering team upon my graduation in December! I am so grateful for this internship experience and one of my professors that encouraged me when applying/interviewing.  I'm excited for the future headed working for Nissan!
